Checklists
When Surgery is Scheduled
If your doctor orders laboratory tests, x-rays, or an EKG, please complete these at least one day prior to your surgery.
For your convenience, most preoperative tests can be completed on the outpatient laboratory located in the Physician’s office building next door in the Cedar Lake Medical Park. If your doctor specifies another facility for these tests, follow that advice.
